QCLubricants Carries Brayco Micronic 883 in Drums Only.

Brayco Micronic 883 is a rust-inhibited fire resistant synthetic ISO viscosity Grade 15 hydraulic fluid for aircraft, ordnance and industrial use.  It contains no viscosity index improvers and therefore, unlike conventional hydraulic fluids, it is not subject to polymeric breakdown. This product is compatible with MIL-PRF-5606H and MIL-PRF-6083F fluids in all proportions.  Brayco Micronic 883 is available in two types. Type I is undyed for use in ground equipment, such as tanks.  Type II is dyed red for use in aerospace test stands and not intended for ground equipment use.

Temperature Range:

-45C to 204C (-50F to 400F).

 Uses:
Brayco
Micronic 883 is primarily designed as a fire resistant hydraulic fluid with superior corrosion resistance.  MIL-PRF-46170 is intended for use as a direct replacement for MIL-PRF-6083.

Shelf Life:
Brayco
Micronic 883 has a maximum recommended shelf life of 6 years from date of manufacture.  This shelf life assumes that the product is stored in its original unopened packaging in ambient temperature conditions.

Specification:

Brayco Micronic 883 (straw) meets and is qualified under military specification MIL-PRF-46170D, Type I.

 

Type I fluid is identified by NATO Code Number  H-544.
