ROYCO 885 PROPERTIES
ROYCO 885 is a light, synthetic based general-purpose instrument lubricating oil-containing additives for oxidation and corrosion inhibition, antifoaming, and rust protection. ROYCO 885 has a very low volatility and exhibits exceptional low temperature performance as well.
ROYCO 885 is designated as P-17 corrosion protectant under Military Standard Mil-P-116G.
ROYCO® 885 Applications
ROYCO 885 is intended for use in applications requiring low evaporation rates and both low and high temperatures where an oxidation and corrosion inhibited lubricant can extend maintenance intervals and enhance component life. Uses include aircraft air cycle equipment as well as other instruments and accessories.
