GREASE, MULTIPURPOSE, WATER RESISTANT

 

 

MIL-PRF-24139 covers one grade of grease for multipurpose usage in applications requiring water resistance.

 

 

The grease covered by this specification is intended for multi-purpose use in applications where water resistance or dispensing through long lengths of tubing is required.
MIL-PRF-24139 is to be used at temperatures ranging from 0 degrees Fahrenheit (*F) to 230 Deg. F (110 degrees Celsuis (*C)) in all shipboard applications requiring dispensing through long lengths of tubing. MIL-PRF-24139 temperature range for use in ball and roller bearing applications is minus 20 to 250 Deg. F.
